I had a very good result with my Gilera 180cc 19hp scooter.
At the last main inspection, the CO value was 4.5% by volume, which is normal for two-stroke engines.
After installing the ECOPower Fuel Saver-M directly in the tank and additional oxygen information in the air filter with a specially informed film, the CO value was only a documented 0.27 vol%. The engine was not yet at operating temperature and the value continued to drop as the measurement progressed. In the end it was only 0.008% by volume. Which didn't interest the examiner at all.
